The Word

  • 1 Corinthians 16:14
    Do everything in love.
  • Philippians 4:6, 7
Don't worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses every thought, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Hi Beth,
Thank you for your comments to my blog. I am having a great time knitting the green shell and love the whole thing! Not sure if I can wear it, unless in a/c, it's so hot down here, but I have a few more patterns in the waiting. They're fun, fast and NO sleeves!
Libby says "thanks for the compliment." She is our second pug and very spoiled, as all pugs should be. Our first pug was Ollie, a black cutie, but he died of cancer 18 months after we got him. I haven't met a pug yet that I didn't like.
It was nice *meeting* you! Stop by again sometime.

I just bought some of that Buck's Bar - isn't it gorgeous!

Hmmm, If I had $100 to spend?, right now I'd buy the Inspired Cables book by Pam Ellis, and the yarn to make something from it!

Hi! I feel for you with the sock dilemma - I've done the same thing and had to pick up some pretty yarn and just KNIT, no project in mind, to assure myself that I *can* do this, and also, that I *want* to do this! HA!

If I had $100 to spend, I'd buy enough Lion & Lamb to knit a clapotis. Probably in the Mountain Stream colorway. :o) Yes, I know everyone's made it, but I still think it's gorgeous!
