We don't often see this much snow around Atlanta (about 4.5 inches). It was really pretty out there this morning. I shoveled for about an hour (which used up close to 500 calories according to my Lose It! app). Then it was on to making vegetable soup, spaghetti sauce, playing cards with my in-laws and Steve, and doing a little bit of laundry and knitting.
I hope that it is safe and warm wherever you are!
Edited to add the current Atlanta traffic map. I've never seen this much yellow/orange/red before!
It looks so fresh and pretty!

Glad you stayed home and didn't go out on the roads. We're due to get your storm tomorrow night. Both kids (and I) are hoping for a snow day on Wednesday - good time to stay home, watch movies and KNIT! :)

beautiful photos! I'm afraid the snow is going to be around for a while - doesn't look like it will get above freezing til the weekend!!

It looks lovely. We're supposed to get slammed with 8-12 inches tomorrow. Yikes!
