I'm trying out mobile posting for the first time. Since I don't see a way to save the post, I guess I'll be posting without editing!
I'm working on several things this week but this lap afghan feels the most urgent right now. It is for a young man at our church who has been medically fragile since his childhood. He is currently going through more difficulties and I'm hoping this lap afghan and the prayers that accompany it will be comforting.
What do you have on your needles today?
a very wonderful gesture-i've got an annis, 2 2nd socks, orchid thief shawlette. hope to cast on another beret before the weekend.

I've got 3 pair of socks, a dishcloth, and a shawl. I need to be looking for a baby pattern for a sweet little boy due at the end of June.

I have socks for a friend, a shawl for me, and armwarmers for Hannah.

That's beautiful, Beth. I'm sure that will mean a lot. I'm getting ready to cast on for a hat! Dad's scarf and my neckwarmer will have to take a backseat for a bit.

what a lovely gift! I've got LOTS on needles, but I'm "actively" working on a shawl and two sweaters.

That is a wonderful, thoughtful gift that I know he will appreciate.
I'm working on the same old things, purple sweater and pink skirt.
